A summary of my Bartender 20.5 Cuddy Prairie Puffin build process: 


Framing & Planking - Vertical Grain Douglas Fir Frames, Okume Ply planking.

Fasteners: Hull Construction Silcone Bronze screws throughout, all others stainless, MAS Epoxy.

Interior hull finish: Epoxy – two coats sides, four coats bottom, exterior epoxy- five coats epoxy & 6 oz glass, block sanded.
 
Coaming & Cuddy - Okume that was dry fit, taken apart, and then stained with ICA waterborne stain and 5 coats of epoxy, then block sanded and reassembled.
 
Finish: Coaming & Cabin 8 coats of Epifanes block sanded between coats six and seven, then sanded and buffed out. Hull is primed with 3 coats of System Three epoxy primer, then six coats of System Three LPU buffed out from 600 to 2000 and buffed out with 3M three step.

Engine: Yamaha 4 Stroke 50 networked NEMA 2000 to Lowrance HDS7 GPS/Chart with 3D LSS1
and fuel tank gauge in network. Engine has extended warranty prepaid. 

Trailer: Custom built Karavan bunk trailer with brakes, swing tongue and spare.

Rails: Toerail cap, rubrail cap, coaming cap & coaming tube all stainless.

Electrical: Navigation & Anchor are LED, Panel has 12 circuit breakers, three bilge pumps with auto/manual switches on the panel, horn, cockpit lights, cabin lights, Dual marine batteries with three way switch, auto relay for engine charging, onboard 110V dual battery charger.

Fuel tank: 15 gal certified fabricated to new marine industry standards.

Teleflex helm: Uflex mahogany wheel.

Cuddy Interior: Per plan with four coats of epoxy, two coats of Epifanes.

Cabin door: Mahogany bi-fold with inset panel doors that match the coaming, and stainless steel piano hinges.

Access Below: Three Bomar Hatches.

Seating: Stern seat is mahogany, helm and mate seats are custom built stainless steel tube fold down out of the way seats with folding backs and mahogany slats that match the coaming. They are also removable.

Added Flotation: 55 gallon equivalent of closed cell foam.
